We're Megan and Diana.
Two women who believe that every girl deserves someone who sees their potential, even before she can see it herself.
We chose education because we both know what it feels like to have someone change the trajectory of your life just by believing in you.

For Megan, it was a physics teacher who said, "There aren't a lot of women in physics, and you're really good at this." For Diana, it was a calculus professor who told her to stay in the program when she was ready to walk away.

We focus on girls because even now, too many of them walk through our doors having already decided they’re not smart enough, not a “math person,” not cut out for AP Physics, not ready for the SAT. They sit down, we work through it together, and they get it quickly. The capability was always there. The confidence wasn’t.

We’ve seen time and time again that confidence comes before performance. When a girl feels safe enough to make mistakes, ask questions, and be honest about what she doesn’t understand, the academics follow every time.
When you choose All Girls’ Prep, you’re trusting our team of women educators with your daughter. We take that seriously. Before we ever assign a tutor, we get to know her. We match her based on personality, interests, learning style, and goals, drawing from a roster of exceptional women who each bring something different to the table. For test prep, she’ll work with two tutors who collaborate behind the scenes. For academics, she’ll have a dedicated tutor who knows her inside and out. Either way, every woman on her team celebrates her wins and meets her exactly where she is on any given day.

Our Story
Thirteen years ago, while studying astrophysics at CU Boulder, Megan decided that one day she wanted to create a STEM initiative for young women. She had experienced the confidence that came from attending an all-girls school and then the very different reality of entering a male-dominated field. She knew how much the people in the room could change the way a young woman saw herself, and she wanted to create more spaces where girls could grow up believing there was room for them.
The idea followed her into a career in education. Years later, Megan finally began building it, spending more than a year developing All Girls’ Prep before launching the company and bringing together a team of women across STEM, academics, and test preparation. About ten months later, she called Diana.

I wanted to update you as soon as I got my score! I got a 1500 overall — 710 in verbal and 790 in math!!! I'm super excited about it. I'm not sure if it'd be smart to try to take it again to possibly super score with verbal, but for now I'm so happy and immensely grateful for all your help and guidance. Thank you for EVERYTHING you've done to help!

I wanted to reach out and thank you for all of your help! I ended up getting a 1510!! I also just heard back from my early decision, and I got into Dartmouth! I wanted to share the good news with you. You were so helpful and encouraging with everything, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of it.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what a great experience we had with AGP. Summer scheduling can be challenging, but everyone we worked with at AGP was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. Anna was absolutely wonderful with Presley, and the results were exactly what we had hoped for. She improved from a 27 in Math up to a 30 and a 32 in English up to a 35, which resulted in a composite score increasing from 31 to 33. She has committed to Tufts University for lacrosse, and this new score will only strengthen her application.
