Hanna’s affinity for math and science was evident from an early age, naturally guiding her toward a career in STEM. While initially undecided about her specific path, she enrolled at Montana State University, where an introductory engineering course exposed her to a variety of disciplines. This experience helped her to pursue a degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering.
Early in her career as an Industrial Engineer, Hanna quickly learned the importance of advocating for herself in male-dominated spaces. With the support of an encouraging manager, she gained the confidence and guidance needed to navigate these challenges and grow professionally. This experience sparked her interest in leadership and led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Engineering Management.
Throughout her career, Hanna has benefited from the mentorship of several women leaders, whose ongoing support has helped shape her professional development. Their influence has fueled her commitment to continuous learning and mentorship, which she now strives to offer others in return.
Let’s talk about her goals.
