We Work Differently
Your daughter gets more than a tutor. She gets a team built around her.

Step 1
We get to know her.
When you reach out, either Megan or Diana will call you personally. These aren’t quick intake calls. We spend time learning about your daughter: her academics, her personality, her hobbies, her goals, who her favorite teachers are and why, what she’s struggling with, and what she dreams about for her future. We absolutely love these conversations.

Step 2
We thoughtfully match her.
Based on everything we learn in that call, we pair your daughter with the tutor we think she’ll connect with most, considering subject expertise, personality, interests, learning style, and even future career aspirations. If your daughter wants to be an actress, we’ll match her with our tutor who performs off-Broadway. If she’s interested in medicine, we’ll find someone who can speak to that path. The relationship is everything.

Step 3
She gets a team.
When your daughter is preparing for the SAT or ACT, she’ll work with two tutors: one for math and one for verbal. Those tutors communicate behind the scenes about her progress, confidence, and needs. They message each other, compare notes, and strategize together so she gets one cohesive experience, even though she’s working with two people. For academics and AP courses, she’ll work with a single dedicated tutor who knows her inside and out. Either way, everything is coordinated. We’re a team working toward the same goal of helping your daughter grow.

The heart of Our Programs.
When parents hire us, they think they're paying for tutoring. And they are. But what their daughters actually get is something broader: mentorship, encouragement, career exposure, real-world role models, and a kind of confidence coaching that happens naturally inside a relationship built on trust. We don't package this as a separate product because we don't think it should be separate. It's simply how we show up for every student we work with.
Test Prep

Breaking Barriers is our signature course series, and it started with a problem Megan saw again and again: girls dropping out of AP STEM classes in the first few weeks because the pace was too fast and they were behind before they’d even started.

I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know what a great experience we had with AGP. Summer scheduling can be challenging, but everyone we worked with at AGP was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. Anna was absolutely wonderful with Presley, and the results were exactly what we had hoped for. She improved from a 27 in Math up to a 30 and a 32 in English up to a 35, which resulted in a composite score increasing from 31 to 33. She has committed to Tufts University for lacrosse, and this new score will only strengthen her application.

She lives in a house full of people who believe in her, and I truly think that her partnership with your team has given her belief in herself. She has come into her own this past year. In years past, these challenges might have seemed intimidating, but when we talk to one another today, these trials excite her! Thank you for the support. She is truly a different student today than she was 12 months ago, and she is hungry to do even more.

Then came All Girls Prep. The initial savings offered to Girls Preparatory School families definitely caught my attention, but it wasn't until we got deeper into the one-on-one sessions that I really understood what makes their program stand out. The encouragement. The quality of instruction. The way they connected test-taking strategy to her individual strengths. That combination is the magic of their approach. All Girls Prep doesn't just teach content — they teach confidence, perspective, and strategy. Our daughter feels supported, understood, and genuinely motivated, and that has made all the difference for her.

Good questions.
What makes your program different?
Who are your educators?
How do parents communicate with tutors and stay updated on progress?
Do you work with students of all ages and ability levels?
Let’s talk about her goals.
Tell us a little about your daughter and what she’s working toward. Megan or Diana will reach out personally.
